P53 Series - for hygiene-critical applications
PiL Sensoren GmbH produces EHEDG-certified ultrasonic sensors adapted to the high demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries, whose overall design takes particular account of hygiene requirements. Thanks to seamless shapes and high-quality materials (stainless steel 1.4404), bacteria, which can have negative effects in the production process and on the end product, have no chance. ECOLAB certification ensures that the ultrasonic sensors can be cleaned with a wide range of chemical cleaning agents.
From measuring distances to counting objects
The non-contact ultrasonic measuring method allows a wide range of different applications for the detection and measurement of solid, pasty and liquid substances in product-contact areas in the manufacture of hygienically critical products. The compact ultrasonic sensors of the P53 EHEDG series are easy to install and adjust. Cleaning processes according to CIP can thus be simplified and downtimes shortened.
