PiL Sensoren GmbH is a globally recognised specialist in the development, manufacture and sale of ultrasonic sensors for distance and position detection. Since the company was founded in 1990, we have been developing standard and special sensors for industrial automation technology in co-operation with our customers. In addition to a broad portfolio of standard sensors, we specialise in the development and manufacture of customised ultrasonic sensors and solutions.

Quality "Made in Germany"

Our ultrasonic sensors are manufactured in Germany, in Erlensee near Frankfurt am Main, and delivered to our customers worldwide. Our product portfolio includes standard sensors, ultrasonic barriers, sensor heads, control units and EHEDG-certified special sensors. Together with our sister company Inelta Sensorsysteme, a specialist in industrial measurement technology and sensor systems, we offer ultrasonic sensors as well as sensors for displacement, position, force, pressure and inclination measurement.

PiL Sensors is certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Our products are approved in accordance with the UL standard and are continuously tested. The legal requirements for using the CE mark are complied with and checked by independent test laboratories.
